The band’s upcoming projects include a Mango Groove movie documentary, a stage musical and new music.
Mango Groove will perform at the Kirstenbosch Summer Sunset Concerts on Sunday January 15.
The band is famous for its Big Band “Marabi-Pop” sound with Claire Johnston on vocals and received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2019 South African Music Awards.
