Rotary president dies

The Rotary Club of Blouberg president, Peter Teuchert, 66, died on Thursday August 12. Mr Teuchert joined the club in 2009 and was inducted as its 30th president in June 2013. Before joining the club, Mr Teuchert assisted with various charity events hosted by the club. He was a keen environmentalist, and, with his bee-keeping expertise, produced his own branded honey to raise funds for the club. He leaves behind his wife, Anne-Marie, and four sons, Bryan, Richard, Steven and Daniel.
