DX Dance School in Table View held its annual dance school examinations in September, and those who received an 85% average received their awards on Saturday. Dance student Meloney Branford, pictured with the school’s director, Michelle Wright, is seen here with various dance awards, including the Dance Teachers Association (DTA) Examiners Cup for ballet, contemporary dance and modern dance; the DTA’s most talented senior award for 2023; the DX Dance all styles award, and the best dance costume award.

Larah van Tonder received the DTA Examiners Cup for tap dance and the DX Dance Star Cup, and a best costume award.
Tumisho Galane received the Crystal Award for dance excellence and a progress award.
