The Kirstenhof Primary School Interact Committee hosted a Women's Day event dedicated to celebrating and empowering women.

The committee decided to extend their celebrations beyond the school gates, reaching out to the neighbouring communities of Westlake and Lavender Hill. Their goal was to celebrate and empower women from these areas, creating a day filled with joy, inspiration, and connection.

Kirstenhof pupils set up games, hair, make-up and pamper stations for women to get various treatments.

The women were treated to lunch, entertainment, goody bags and also listened to motivational speakers on women empowerment.
