Actress and director Judith Herbig brings her new one-woman comedy, Flights, Felines & Holy Frights, to the Milnerton Playhouse this month
The 60-minute show, directed by Beryl Eichenberger, follows Ms Herbig’s solo trip through Europe. From Amsterdam to Paris, Ms Herbig’s long-awaited holiday spirals into a comic adventure featuring peeing cats, holy statues in toilets, tiny hotel rooms, and the occasional swan stealing her ice cream.
At 63, Ms Herbig proves that adventure has no age limit.
She is well-known to Milnerton Playhouse audiences for her award-winning performances in The Road to Mecca and Curl Up and Dye, as well as her acclaimed direction of Miracle of South Division Street, which won CATA Awards for both Best Director and Best Production.
Performances take place on Friday, October 24, at 7:30pm and Saturday, October 25, at 2pm, and then again on Sunday, October 26, at 2pm.
Tickets cost R80 and can be booked online at www.milnertonplayers.co.za
