There’s a limited MyCiTi service as the wildcat strike by some workers enters a third day.
A group of striking workers have gathered outside the Civic Centre this morning.
MyCiTi bus drivers including marshalls and cleaners went on strike on Monday October 15.
The striking workers, who are employed by the vehicle operating companies (VOCs) that run the MyCiTi bus routes, are demanding better working conditions and to be in-sourced by the City.
The City is monitoring the situation and continues to inform commuters accordingly.
The City has also announced that commuters with monthly MyCiTi tickets will be reimbursed with the number of days that they could not make use of the service due to the strike action.
Currently, routes T03, T02, X02, D01, D02, D03, D04, 101, 102, 103, 105, 114, 107, 110, 215, 231, 232, 233, 234, 236 and 237 are operating.
Commuters can contact the Transport Information Centre on 0800 65 64 63 for the latest information regarding the service.
