Members of the public have been advised to stay away from the Milnerton Beach this coming weekend due to extreme weather conditions that are likely to include strong winds and a spring high tide of approximately 1,92 meters.
The City of Cape Town will monitor the situation. If the anticipated weather predictions come to pass, the beach will remain closed in the interest of public safety.
Meanwhile, the Recreation and Parks Department is in the process of establishing a safe public access point at Milnerton Beach.
