The Melkbosstrand police station in partnership with Melkbosstrand Community Police Forum, Melkbosstrand Neighbourhood Watch, Melkbosstrand Disaster Management Volunteers, law enforcement and ACVV-Koeberg Melkbosstrand handed out 550 cups of soup, bread and clothes for Mandela Day on Tuesday July 18. The soup was handed out in the communities of Ouskip Caravan Park, Vark Plaas, 4×4 Farm and Olive Close Melkbosch Village. Constable Debbie Alard from the Melkbosstrand police station thanked the OK stores in Melkbosstrand for their contribution and all the organisations involved in the soup drive.
