Stephan’s education app a winner

* Stephan Cilliers, a Grade 10 pupil at Parklands College, is the only South African awarded a 2016 Apple Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) scholarship. The conference takes place in San Francisco from Monday June 13 to Friday June 17. Stephan had to write an essay about his coding process and submit an app he had created. He submitted Simple Learning Time, a free educational app used to teach young pupils how to tell time.
