Africa’s undeniable flaws

We read all day, every day, about what is wrong with this country and continent. Here, factually, are some undeniable reasons:

1. Idi Amin, Robert Mugabe, Jacob Zuma, Hendrik Verwoerd (leaders) – the African way.

2. Telkom, Eskom, South African Airways, the Passenger Railway Agency of South Africa, Steinhoff (business) – the African way.

3. Life Esidimeni (health care) – the African way.

4. Estina Dairy (agriculture) – the African way.

5. Bafana Bafana (sport) – the African way.

6. Corruption (governing) – the African way.

I am sure we can add a lot more reasons, but it is clear that unless the African way does not make some adjustments, we will have to get used to it.
