Westridge cycle siblings wrap up on winning note

The Western Province Track Cycling final league race took place at Bellville Velodrome on Friday, August 30, with Westridge siblings, Mughammad Arnold, 14, and his younger brother Mughammad Yaqeen, 10, winning their respective events.
