The Kearsney Easter Rugby Festival (KERF) returns this year with an impressive field of 28 participating teams, including international visitors from Europe and neighbouring Zimbabwe.

The Easter tournament is in its 17th edition this year with a promise of a thrilling showcase of top-level schoolboy rugby.

Milnerton High School will be one of the sides that take part in this year's tournament and will be the sole representatives of Cape Town. They will be joining touring teams from Dublin, Ireland, Northern Italy and Zimbabwe.

The other strong contenders will be teams from KZN, which will be hosting the tournament, Eastern Cape, Gauteng and North West. Milnerton will be eager to showcase their rich rugby pedigree against strong opposition and remind rivals that the club has produced a Springbok.
