We must find the source of beach litter problem

These are pictures of the current state of the beach at Woodbridge Island beach. Thankfully, there are many individuals and a few organisations that do their best to keep beaches clean, but until the source of the problem has been identified, this is going to continue.

The root cause has to be identified otherwise all efforts will only cause temporary relief. I’m not sure if anyone has tried to identify the root cause?I thought this might be worthwhile highlighting again.
